Refund Policy

At LYAVA SKIN, we want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible.
If an item doesn’t meet your expectations, you have 30 days from delivery & request a return. Return postage is covered by us, including for items that are faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Return conditions

- Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

- All accessories and documents provided must be included.

- For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are not eligible for return. This information is stated on the relevant product page.

How to return an item

1. Contact us at contact@lyavaskin.com, including your order number and the reason for the return.

2. You will receive a prepaid return label and detailed instructions.

3. Send the parcel via the indicated drop-off point or post office.
